Convegno: "La Preistoria nel Futuro. Tecnologie, metodi e temi dell'archeologia sperimentale"

Il Paleofestival dei bambini: Il sabato, nonostante la pioggia battente della mattinata, abbiamo avuto la conferma dell'assalto annunciato. Un orda di 800 curiosi di ogni età e di ogni dove, ansiosi di confrontarsi con la quotidianità della nostra preistoria, hanno invaso il castello S. Giorgio. Non è stato possibile completare il censimento delle presenze che ha comunque superato ogni più  ottimistica previsione.

Over 880 appearances in two days. The first dedicated to the conference, which was also occasion between specialists of research technologies and Italian archaeological parks. The second day is all for children.

The Paleofestival for children: On Saturday, despite the heavy rain at the morning, we had announced the confirmation of the attack. A horde of 800 onlookers of all ages and from everywhere, eager to confront the everyday life of our prehistory, have invaded the castle S. George. We were unable to complete the census of admissions that still exceeded the most optimistic forecast.

Plus de 800 personnes en 2 jours ! La 1^ère journée était dédiée à la conférence «  La préhistoire du futur : technologies, méthodes et thèmes de l’archéologie expérimentale ». Cette conférence a été l’occasion de discussion entre les spécialistes de ces nouvelles technologies et les parcs archéologiques. La 2^ème journée fut dédiée au Paleofestival des enfants. Malgré la pluie du matin, nous avons eu la confirmation de l’assaut prévu. Une horde de 800 spectateurs de tous ages et horizons, désireux d’affronter la vie quotidienne de notre préhistoire,  a envahi le château St George. Nous n’avons pas recensé toutes les inscriptions qui ont largement dépassé les prévisions les plus optimistes.
